After building a management portfolio from 1 facility to over 60, we realized the lack of support and resources available for maintenance across the Self storage industry
Mission
Over the last few years, we have developed the network, knowledge, and training necessary to fill the maintenance gap in the New England Self Storage industry. We grew tired of hearing 'we don't work on storage doors,' over and over again. We grew frustrated with constantly scheduling contractors to be on site, only to have them never show up.
We've been in your shoes, and understand the problems you are facing, because we have faced them too.
Vision
Self Storage Maintenance was established in 2023, but we are not new to Self Storage. We have owned and remotely operated storage locations since 1998.
